all sales are final. bespoke, custom orders are non refundable. items are to be kept in boxes away from water, chemicals and sunlight. do not wear them for swimming, bathing, showering, massage, spa treatments, in the sea, during tanning, etc. do not use chemicals to clean them. use only a soft polishing cloth. chemicals such as perfume, lotion, sanitizer, dish soap etc will cause damage to the jewellery.
